On the next screen, you'll just swipe the toggle to turn it on. Under the Home tab on the app, scroll down to Enable VPN. The VPN is built into the Google One app, and is meant to provide an extra layer of security when you're online. If you're on the 2TB or higher plans, you'll get access to VPN by Google One. Once you're a subscriber, the final three levels only differ from the 2TB plan in terms of storage size. These are massive amounts of storage though, and it's highly unlikely the average person would need it. To gain access to 10TB, 20TB or 30TB, you must already be a Google One member - meaning you'll need to have paid for one of the previously listed tiers. Subscribing to the 2TB storage plan gets you all of the same member benefits of the prior two plans, along with the added perk of up to 10% cash back in the Google Store. In addition to the benefits you get with the 100GB plan, 200GB subscribers get more storage as well as an added member benefit: 3% cash back on purchases in the Google Store. It'll also show how much of the 15GB you've used already, and in what way (Google Drive, Gmail or Google Photos). You can poke around, and it should tell you that you currently have the standard 15GB of storage. Wipe your Google Drive trash to permanently delete files you previously removed. You may wish to back them up locally to your computer before doing so. If you have a Gmail address, permanently delete emails with large attachments. Videos tend to take up a lot of space and are most likely among the largest consumers of your space quota. Delete unwanted photos from and videos from Google Drive. To display your Google Drive contents sorted by file size from largest to smallest, go to /#quota. Review files stored on your Google Drive account and remove any that you don't need and can safely delete. However, if you are uploading large numbers of pictures, videos, or other large files, you might need to clear out space or buy more storage. Note: As of June 2021, photos, videos, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Boards, and Jamboard files will count towards the 15GB limit previously, these files were exempt. In fact, 15GB will last most people quite a while, especially if you just use Gmail or Google Docs.
